Laboratory Manager of the BayCenSI
Research interests:
- Effects of climate-induced changes on the lake metabolism of clear and oligotrophic lakes using advanced stable isotopes methods
- Effects of dissolved organic matter composition on the microbial and phytoplankton community and its associated metabolome in aquatic environments (lentic and marine)
- Community metabolomics through High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry
Together with the lab management, the steering committee guides the strategic orientation of the DFG Core Facility.
